Schedule an Appointment for Your Child Today

Your child’s health isn’t only your priority – it’s ours, as well. Whether you’re visiting for a wellness checkup or because of illness, you can always expect personalized, professional care. Once you’ve scheduled your child’s appointment, we’ll contact you the business day before it to confirm the time you’re due to arrive. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least an hour before your appointment time. We also ask that parents or legal guardians accompany their children during well child visits, as well as when they receive vaccinations.

Financial & Insurance Information

We participate in most insurance plans for your convenience; however, if you’re unsure whether your plan covers your pediatric care needs, just reach out – we’re happy to help verify your plan.

If you are assigned to either Jackson Care Connect or AllCare Health Plan through the Oregon Health Authority, and you are not assigned to one of our providers, you must do one of two things: obtain a referral authorization from your primary care provider to one of our providers, or contact your health plan and ask for one of our providers to be assigned as your child’s primary care provider.

All insurance co-payments are collected at the time of your appointment. We ask that uninsured patients pay in full for the visit at the time of service. For your convenience, we accept many forms of payment, including cash, checks, and most major credit/debit cards.

Prescription Refills

Is your child running low on an essential medication? Please call your pharmacy for all prescription refills not requiring a written prescription at least two to five days in advance. Some ADHD medications require written prescriptions, so please contact our office to request next business day pickup.
